Warranty

Jus-e-wheels Limited Warranty covers the replacement of the components of Jus-e-wheels electric bicycles due to defects in material and/or workmanship. The following conditions and limitations apply:

• Frames - limited lifetime warranty

• The components (not to include tires, tubes and cables) are warranted for one year

• Labor and transportation are not included

Proof of purchase from Jus-e-wheels LLC is required to validate protection under this warranty. This warranty is offered to the original retail purchase of new bicycles ONLY. In addition, Jus-e-wheels will not cover any cost or provide replacement parts without pictures and video evidence.

Normal wear of all bicycle frame and parts, accident, abuse, neglect, improper assembly, improper fit, or improper maintenance by anyone or the use of parts and devices not consistent with the use originally intended for the bicycle as sold are not covered under this limited warranty.

The bending of frames, forks, handlebars, seat-post, fenders, chain-guards and rims is excluded from warranty. Bending is a sign of abuse or punishment inconsistent with bike's intended use, and therefore not covered under this limited warranty. Stunt riding, ramp jumping, acrobatics or similar use and activity, as well as use with an unauthorized motor voids warranty.

Jus-e-wheels’ lithium ion batteries are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for a 6 month period from the date of original purchase. The battery warranty does not cover damage from power surges, use of improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear or water damage.

In order to validate your warranty and process a claim it is necessary to register your purchase.

Please email warranty@jusewheels.com. This warranty is limited to replacing the defective part without charge. Jus-e-wheels  shall in no event be responsible for consequential or special damages.

This is a quality bike with a good quality components and should be as solid as any electric bicycle. However, like any bike, it will require occasional maintenance.
