Returns: Occasionally, things just don’t work out with a purchase.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us 920-517-725. Returns are accepted up to 14 days after purchase in new, un-opened condition. When determined an item will be accepted for return a 'Return Authorization' will be issued and must accompany item. Upon receipt of item and inspection, a refund/exchange will be issued. Please note: Customer to pay $100 shipping fee when necessary (withheld from refund). All returns subject to a 20% restocking fee (withheld from refund).
Eligible returns: item must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it. No returns after 14 days.
Sale/demo eBicycle Return Policy: Sale and demo items are sold “as is” and are not eligible for return.
Online orders: It happens, we understand. Occasionally you order something online, and it isn’t what you imagined. We ask that you email us at email@example.com. We will initiate a return item request. To qualify for return and refund/exchange, your item must be in new and un-opened condition. When determined your item qualifies, a 'Return Authorization' will be issued and must accompany your return item. Items received without a Return Authorization will not be accepted. Items received without a Return Authorization will be returned to customer at customer cost or item will determined abandoned.
***All other items in opened, used condition and/or with visible signs of wear are not eligible for full refund/exchange. However, we may accept the item for a reduced refund and 20% restocking fee. Special orders are not returnable.
